Pack for Israel is a family-run online store that offers everything you need for your GAP year in Israel under one roof. We sell all the items you need in your dorm: bedding, towels, laundry accessories, small appliances, toiletries, storage solutions and more.
We pride ourselves on high quality goods and competitive fair prices while giving GAP year parents and students a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience.

You may enter your discount code in the cart or at checkout.
You can only use one discount code for each order.
Items are only reserved once the purchase has been completed.
If you have not received an email from us confirming your purchase, please let us know immediately via our contact form with your full name and shipping address, and we will help to sort this out quickly.
Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders and we suggest you check them before contacting us.
If you need to make a change to or cancel an order please contact us. If there is more than a week before your delivery date, there is generally no issue making a change. If there is less than a week before your delivery date, we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel your order.
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Standard shipping is $11.95 flat rate for orders under $150.
2 Day Shipping to Greater Jerusalem, Bet Shemesh or Central Israel is $75. This does not include Friday and Shabbat. For other areas, please contact us to coordinate this service.
Yes of course we deliver to the Old City! Please note that orders to the Old City are only delivered to the actual program address at the beginning of the year, prior to the students' arrival. Deliveries after the students' arrival in Israel will be coordinated directly with the customer and require the customer to meet our driver at a nearby location, generally outside Zion Gate.
Yes of course we deliver to Tzfat and Retamim and Eilat and Hodayot and to your hotel and anywhere at all in Israel!
Our collection ships only to Israel.
Standard shipping generally takes up to 5 business days (not including Friday + Shabbat), though we endeavor to get it to you much faster than that. Orders to faraway or rural locations (i.e. Maale Gilboa, Tzfat, Retamim, Hodayot, Eilat) may take extra time.
We ask you to indicate your preferred delivery date in the cart. This date gives us an indication of when you arrive, but is not a guaranteed delivery date.
For orders to programs, yeshivas and seminaries before the onset of the school year, we coordinate delivery directly with the program so your order is waiting for you on arrival.

First, please contact the staff at the program to see if they can help. Often packages are placed in a centralized location for pickup.
You can also contact us at anytime to try and help pinpoint your package's location.
Please contact us via our contact form and accept our sincerest apologies. We will replace or refund the item immediately.
Our products are located in our warehouse in Bet Shemesh, Israel and are shipped from there.
